If your Ford Blue Advantage vehicle isn’t the right fit, you can return it within 14 days or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) and we’ll work with you to find another vehicle that suits your needs. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as sold and program restrictions apply.
Do I get a CARFAX® Vehicle History Report?
Yes. Every Ford Blue Advantage vehicle includes a free CARFAX® Vehicle History Report so you can review the vehicle’s background before you buy.
What are Ford Rewards Points and how many do I earn?
Ford Rewards Points can be applied toward maintenance and service at participating dealerships. Buyers of Gold or EV Certified vehicles receive 22,000 Points after enrollment within 60 days of sale, and Blue Certified buyers receive 11,000 Points. Points are flexible and can be used toward your first two maintenance visits.
Is roadside assistance included?
Yes. Every Ford Blue Advantage vehicle includes 24/7 Roadside Assistance. Coverage runs for 90 days or 4,000 miles on Blue Certified vehicles, and 7 years or 100,000 miles on Gold Certified vehicles.
Can I finance a certified pre-owned Ford?
